Important: All of our work is custom-made to order. This policy reflects the unique nature of personalized services.
1. Custom Service Policy
The Coffie Cutters provides custom laser engraving and embroidery services. Due to the personalized nature of our work:
- All services are custom-made to your specific requirements
- Each project is unique and cannot be resold to other customers
- Returns are not accepted on personalized or customized orders
- We work closely with you to ensure satisfaction before production begins
2. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- We guarantee our work meets the specifications you approved
- If there is a defect in our workmanship, we will remedy it at no charge
- Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality concerns
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Regarding changes and cancellations:
- Changes can be made before production begins
- Once production starts, changes may not be possible
- Cancellations before production: Full refund minus any design fees
- Cancellations after production begins: Charges apply for work completed
- Custom materials purchased for your project are non-refundable
4. When Refunds May Be Available
Refunds may be considered in these situations:
- We are unable to complete your project as specified
- There is a significant error in our work that cannot be corrected
- We fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe (subject to terms)
- Order cancellation before production begins
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Custom work completed to your approved specifications
- Design fees and consultation time
- Materials purchased specifically for your project
- Work cancelled after production has begun
- Changes of mind after approval
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
- Partial refunds may apply depending on the situation
7. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a fair resolution that takes into account the custom nature of our services.
