Additional Charges:
- Digitizing Fee: $35.00 (One-time fee for new designs).
- Thread Color Change: $0.50 per item.
- Solvy for Stitch Enhancement: An additional $0.20 per garment. Solvy is a water-soluble topping that prevents stitches from sinking into the fabric, ensuring clarity and precision in designs. It’s especially crucial for designs with intricate details. Performance wear will require the Solvy charge.
- Metallic Thread: Add $0.50 per piece for logos under 6,000 stitches.
- Special Items (Jackets, Hoodies, Bags, etc.): Add $1.00 per piece/location.
- Exact Color Matches: Requests for exact thread color matches may add additional processing time to the order.
Spoilage Policy:
- Standard Spoilage Allowance: Due to the nature of embroidery and machine production, there’s a standard spoilage allowance of 2% or two pieces, whichever is greater. If we damage an item during the embroidery process, we will not charge for embroidery on that item, but we will not replace the item unless the spoilage exceeds the standard allowance.
- Customer’s Own Items: When customers provide their own items for embroidery, they acknowledge the risk of spoilage. We cannot be held responsible for any spoilage within the standard allowance. If spoilage exceeds the standard allowance, we will discuss potential remedies, which may include a discount on the order or partial reimbursement based on the item’s value.
- Notification: In the event of spoilage that exceeds the standard allowance, we will notify the customer immediately to discuss potential solutions and next steps.
- High-Value Items: For high-value or unique items provided by the customer, we recommend ordering extra pieces or discussing with us beforehand to understand the risks and potential outcomes.
- Quality Check: We conduct a thorough quality check post-embroidery to ensure that the finished product meets our standards. Any item found with defects from the embroidery process will be considered under the spoilage policy.
Notes:
- Customer provides the garments/items to be embroidered.
- Turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days.
- Processing Time: Starts after design approval and receiving the garments.
- Rush orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Eligibility for Contract Embroidery Pricing
